Our Recruiting Process
Four stage recruitment process ensures CSC and you make the right decision
Between April and July 2008, we will be recruiting graduates nationally to commence in mid 2008 and early 2009.

To secure a graduate position with CSC, you will need to go through a four stage recruitment process.

This process is designed to ensure that both CSC and you are making the right decision.


Stage 1. On-line Application form
Complete and submit the on-line application form which will be available from April 2008. Our graduate recruitment team will review your application and will decide whether your individual skills, experience and qualifications match our requirements.

Stage 2. Telephone Interview
Successful applicants will be invited to register for a telephone interview. This lasts for approximately 20 – 30 minutes and is a good opportunity for you to highlight your background, extra-curricular activities, your time at University and any work experience to date.

Stage 3. On-line Testing
If you are successful at the first interview, we will invite you to complete an on-line psychometric test in the comfort of your own home or university, prior to the final selection stage.

Stage 4. Second Interview
If you are successful at the on-line testing phase, we will invite you through to the final stage of our selection process. This consists of a face to face interview with a manager in an area in which you have expressed a preference for.

Your interviewer will ask you some questions about your life, your time at University, extracurricular activities and any work experiences that you have gained. The interview will last for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

The final interview also gives you an opportunity to discuss any outstanding questions that you may have.

Reference Check + Offer
If you have been successful at the Manager interview, a member of our graduate recruitment team will contact one of your referees to gain a reference.

Subject to a satisfactory reference check, we will then proceed with an offer of employment. This will give you details of your role, start date, location and compensation package with CSC.
