Helping the charities our employees care about

At CSC Australia, we support the charities closest to our employees' hearts. Every three years, the whole company votes on the charities we will support with corporate and individual donations and volunteer time.

As a result of this process, our 2008-2011 charities are:

Cancer Council
Australia's peak national non-government cancer control organisation, the Cancer Council advises the Australian Government and other bodies on practices and policies to help prevent, detect and treat cancer. It also advocates for the rights of cancer patients for best treatment and supportive care.

Beyond Blue
Half a million working days are lost to depression every month in Australia. Beyond Blue provides a national focus and community leadership to help Australia to prevent depression and respond effectively to it.

Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia
The Royal Flying Doctor Service provides aeromedical emergency and primary health care services to people who live, work and travel in regional and remote Australia. In 2006/07, covering an area of more than 7 million km2, the Service attended over 240,000 patients.
