AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000.
The Quality Management System is applicable to the design, development, implementation, management and support of Information Technology solutions. The IT solutions include project management; software development; system integration; infrastructure outsourcing services; applications outsourcing services; consulting; hardware and software supply and logistics management.

This certificate forms part of the approval identified by certificate number LRQ 4002014.

CSC Australia's Service Management complies with:

ISO/IEC20000-1:2005 (AS8018.1:2004)
During September and early October 2005, Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) conducted assessments across CSC globally. As part of this, CSC Australia was assessed against ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/IEC20000-1:2005 (AS8018.1:2004). This assessment lead to the successful re-certification of ISO9001:2000 and the approval for certification to ISO/IEC20000-1:2005 (AS8018.1:2004). CSCA are now included in CSC's global certification to the (ISO/IEC20000-1:2005) ITIL based standards.

The current ISO/IEC20000-1:2005 approval applies to the development, deployment and provision of managed IT infrastructure services to internal and external clients. Services are provided from both CSC and/or client based premises.
